At Vitabiotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
